For your family or group holiday in Sicily, choose one of our 12 duplex villas, designed to meet your needs, guaranteeing hospitality, space, privacy and hospitality for eight people. Our villas are divided into three floors:
Ground floor: living room with sofa bed, equipped kitchen + veranda and a complete bathroom with shower;
First floor: a double bedroom, a single bedroom + trundle bed and a complete bathroom with tub;
Attic: a double bedroom + complete and independent bathroom with shower.

Reception
Unlike many holiday homes, at the BfB we guarantee a dedicated welcome, thanks to the presence of the Reception inside the structure. We are happy and available to answer questions / requests from our guests (even outside office hours!).
Parking
Park for free and safely inside our Residence, right next to the villa booked for your holiday.
Kitchen
For family holidays it is essential to book a house with a kitchen. All our villas offer a fully equipped kitchen, complete with crockery and utensils.
Oven/Dishwasher
Based on availability, book the villa you prefer: the one with the oven in the kitchen or the one with the dishwasher.
Air conditioning
On all three floors of your villa you can enjoy free air conditioning, which is present in all bedrooms and also in the living room on the ground floor.
Radiators
On all three floors of your villa you can use the radiators, in winter, in all bedrooms and also in the living room on the ground floor.
8 beds
Our semi-detached villas can accommodate up to 8 people, thanks to two double beds, two single beds and the sofa bed, suitable for two people.
Linen
Both for the villas and for the rooms we guarantee the presence of bed linen and towels included in the price.
3 bathrooms
Comfort and privacy are also guaranteed thanks to the presence of 3 bathrooms per villa: 2 complete with shower and 1 complete with bathtub.
Washing machine
In our semi-detached villas, nothing is missing to enjoy a carefree holiday without extra costs. You will also find the washing machine and the clothesline.
Private veranda
The beautiful days to live outdoors are not lacking, as well as the possibility of doing it on your own private veranda: a dedicated corner with the presence of a table and deck chairs.
Welcome basket
Hospitality starts from welcoming and we do it, offering a small welcome basket, containing useful products to start your stay at the BfB Residence San Marco and typical Sicilian products.
Baby cot
The BfB Residence San Marco has always welcomed families and couples with small children. We offer you the possibility to book a cot for your baby on request, at a cost of € 25.00.
High chair for your baby
The BfB Residence San Marco has always welcomed families and couples with small children. We offer you the possibility to book a high chair for your baby on request, at a cost of € 15.00.
Breakfast room
In our new structure built during summer 2021, we offer you the opportunity to relax even during breakfast. In our small room we offer on request at a cost of € 4.00 per person a sweet breakfast, with seasonal fruit, hot and cold drinks, yogurt, etc.
Vending machines
Growth and improvements are the order of the day for our young structure and that is why we have also decided to add 3 vending machines, operating 24 hours a day: one for coffee and hot drinks, one for water and quick snacks and one for energy drinks and alcoholic drinks.
Zero km vegetable garden
The BfB vegetable garden is the non plus ultra of our structure. Here you will find for free and you can personally collect various vegetables, grown by our staff.
Barbecue
Book the portable BBQ and use it on your private veranda: thanks to the French doors that go from the kitchen to the patio, we guarantee you unparalleled comfort.
Table tennis
Fun for young and old is also guaranteed thanks to the presence of a small play area. Challenge your friends to a game of ping-pong at the BfB Residence San Marco. You can do this every day from 10am all day.
Foosball table

Bicycles
Do you love sports? Take the opportunity to take a bike ride with your children, even inside the BfB: our area extends over 3,600 square meters.

We have redeveloped the area, creating the "Green Park Michele Buscarnera": our own park dedicated to the community: sports, yoga, agility dogs and children's games surrounded by greenery await you.
2 km from the sea
We are located 5 minutes by car from one of the most beautiful beaches in Sciacca: Capo San Marco. On this beach you have the opportunity to rent deck chairs, sun beds, umbrellas, and to spend pleasant moments dedicated to an aperitif, lunch / dinner, with a sea view.
5 km from the center
In less than 10 minutes by car you can reach the historic center and get to know firsthand the most characteristic places of Sciacca. Discover the only square in Western Sicily overlooking the sea!
